Dispatch conditions
The products are delivered all over the world.
We ship our goods with DHL or UPS.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the necessary package size:
- 5,99 Euro for smaller packages
- 9,90 Euro for larger parcels, e.g. for shipment of coats and jackets
Deliveries to foreign countries
Countries of the European Union
- For this we charge a shipping fee of € 19.90
Non European Union countries in Europe*: 19,90 €
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees, for which the recipient / customer is solely responsible.

USA & Canada: 39,90 €
Ukraine, Morocco, Tunisia, Japan, Hong Kong: €39.90.
other countries: 49,90 €
*For shipping to non-EU countries in Europe we define the following territories: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine. We do not deliver to Russia or Belarus.
Deliveries to non-European countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees, for which the recipient / customer is solely responsible.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
